2024 Annual May Weekend

The most dedicated and professional family lawyers in New York who are recognized and respected by the bench and bar as leaders in the field.

AAML NY Chapter May Weekend May 3-4, 2024

The NY Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers welcomes you to its annual May Weekend. Our CLE Symposium will be held at the Harvard Club where your day will begin with breakfast and an introduction to our sponsors.  We will be providing a diverse range of topics and encourage you to peruse the agenda for the CLE program. In the afternoon, we will be joined by the NY Chapter of the AFCC when the presentations will be focused on cutting-edge topics in custody and access.

During the weekend, we have arranged for a block of rooms to be available at the Hyatt Grand Central New York at a substantially reduced rate for Fellows, speakers and guests. The hotel is a short walk from the Harvard Club. A separate email link to reserve hotel rooms will be sent shortly.

On Saturday night, we hope you can join us for our gala dinner at Cipriani 42 where you will be treated to a Night of Illusion starting at 6pm. Attire will be cocktail or smart business casual. To shorten the commute Saturday night, Cipriani 42 is directly across the street from Hyatt Grand Central New York.

The Chapter will be honoring Hope’s Door, an organization in Northern Westchester which seeks to end domestic violence and to empower victims to achieve safety, independence, and healing from the trauma of abuse.

Please navigate the weekend using the Whova app. It will get you to where you want to be.
