Allison's practice focuses on all areas of matrimonial and family law, including divorce, child custody, spousal and child support, and prenuptial agreements. She has significant experience litigating complex financial matters involving business interests, stock options, deferred compensation structures, and generational wealth.
Allison works closely with her clients to understand their individualized goals. In certain cases, settling outside of court can be a client’s best option, and where possible, Allison helps her clients swiftly and amicably resolve their cases. When litigation is required, Allison is a zealous advocate for her clients in court, from the commencement of an action through trial.
Prior to joining Boies Schiller Flexner LLP, Allison was an associate at a boutique matrimonial law firm in New York. Before dedicating herself exclusively to matrimonial and family law, Allison was a litigator at a mid-sized firm in New York. She began her legal career as a court attorney to the Hon. George J. Silver in the New York Supreme Court.
