I try to settle disputes where possible, but recognize that some disputes cannot be settled or are not ripe for settlement, in which case litigation is necessary and, because over my 40+ year career I’ve tried many cases, I’m well situated to litigate on behalf of my clients. My many appointments to work as the attorney for children in family law matters informs my representation of clients regarding child custody issues.
