Grace M. Borrino is a Partner at Abrams Fensterman, LLP and a highly regarded matrimonial and family law attorney who has dedicated her practice exclusively to family and matrimonial law matters since 2010. Known for her practical guidance, litigation experience, and deep involvement within Brooklyn’s legal community, Grace represents clients navigating some of life’s most significant personal and financial challenges, including divorce, child custody disputes, post-judgment litigation, prenuptial agreements, and complex family law matters.
Practicing from Abrams Fensterman’s Brooklyn office, Grace has built a reputation for thoughtful advocacy, strategic counsel, and compassionate client representation. She regularly advises individuals and families on sophisticated matrimonial matters involving financial disclosure, equitable distribution, custody and parenting disputes, spousal support, and marital agreements, including pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements.
Her practical insight into matrimonial litigation and preventative family law planning has positioned Grace as an emerging thought leader within Brooklyn’s matrimonial law community. In 2026, Grace was elected as a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers New York Chapter (“AAML”) and has been recognized by Super Lawyers in the area of Family Law since 2023.
Through years of professional development within one of New York’s premier matrimonial practices, Grace has continued Abrams Fensterman’s longstanding tradition of excellence representing clients throughout Brooklyn, Staten Island, New York City, and surrounding communities.
Grace has developed particular recognition for her work involving prenuptial agreements and the legal issues affecting enforceability under New York law. She is frequently invited to lecture before bar associations and professional organizations on developments in family law and recently presented “The Pitfalls of Prenups”, an educational presentation examining common challenges surrounding prenuptial agreements, including improper notarization, timing concerns, inadequate financial disclosure, and issues involving independent counsel.
Prior to joining Abrams Fensterman, Grace began her legal career at Caruso, Caruso & Branda, P.C., where she first developed her foundation in matrimonial litigation and family law advocacy under the leadership and mentorship of Executive Partner and Director of Abrams Fensterman’s Matrimonial and Family Law Department, RoseAnn C. Branda, one of New York’s most distinguished matrimonial attorneys and recognized leaders in family law litigation.
