Kristin is a founding partner and heads the firm’s Matrimonial and Family Law department. Shefocuses her practice primarily in the area of Matrimonial and Family Law. Ms. Arcuri handles all aspects of divorce and post-divorce proceedings, as well as child custody, support and visitation matters. She is an experienced trial attorney who combines both sensitivity and tenacity in the courtroom to achieve the best possible results. In 2012, Kristin was made a Fellow in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers.
As an alternative to a courtroom solution, Ms. Arcuri also maintains a practice in Mediation and Collaborative Law. She has received specialized training in the areas of Divorce Mediation and the Collaborative Process.
A founding member of the Western New York Collaborative Law Professionals Ltd., Ms. Arcuri has served as this organization’s President. While Ms. Arcuri continues to expand her Collaborative Family Law Practice, she continues to offer her clients the ability to mediate their disputes.
Ms. Arcuri often serves as an attorney for children by appointment of the Court. She was the 2006 recipient of the Michael F. Dillon Law Guardian Award in recognition of her work on behalf of children. Additionally, Ms. Arcuri volunteers her time to the community having served as a coach for Mount Mercy Academy’s mock trial team and in representing clients through the Volunteer Lawyers Program.
