Nicholas W. Lobenthal is a Partner at Teitler & Teitler, LLP, since 1998, a 40-year-old firm focusing on matrimonial and trusts and estates planning and litigation for high net worth individuals, and representing corporate and individual clients in complex commercial and business valuation litigation.
He is the co-author of the New York family law survey for Family Law: Jurisdictional Comparisons (Thomson Reuters, 6th ed. 2024).
Mr. Lobenthal earned his J.D. from Columbia University School of Law in 1990, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, Editor-in-Chief of the Columbia Journal of Law and Social Problems, and the recipient of the 1990 Valentine Wertheimer Prize.
